NEW CHANEL FALL 2015 COLLECTION LES AUTOMNALES - NOW AVAILABLE

The Chanel Fall Collection Les Automnales features a beautiful array of earthy toned colors. There are a few pieces from this collection I will purchase immediately - namely the eyeshadow quad Tisse D'Automne. While others I will have to swatch and see in person before purchasing - the Entrelacs palette and the blush. On Saturday (tomorrow) I have an early morning beauty event to attend and then later that afternoon an appointment at Nordstrom to review and try everything on. So expect an update on this post over the weekend. Are there any pieces from this collection on your "Must Have" list?

This collection is already available at many local department store counters and will be available worldwide later next month (August 2015).

Sometimes you can just look at a lipstick and know its going to be A-mazing! That is exactly how I felt about Chanel's new limited edition rouge allure lipstick 139 Fleurie. It is part of the Asia exclusive *(US - Chanel.com only) JARDIN DE CAMELIAS collection. When I first saw the collection online I just knew 139 Fleurie was the perfect blue-based pink lipstick for me. It is extremely pigmented, goes on smooth and covers the lips with the most exquisite shade of pink. It lasts about four to five hours wear time and kept its shine for at least three hours. The lipstick currently retails for $34.00 USD and contains .12 oz. of product.

CHANEL VARIATION LE ROUGE COLLECTION

LE ROUGE CHANEL introduces COLLECTION VARIATION, a range of intriguing plums, soft reds and elegant beiges for lips. A spectrum of textures and finishes lets each woman declare her style on a whim . . . with a kiss of colour that speaks volumes.

VARIATION LE ROUGE is the newest collection to be launched by Chanel. The collection is rather large consisting of new and re-issued products (lipsticks, lipglosses and lip pencils) with the main focus on color groups: beige, red-pink and plum shades of maroon. It is important to note Chanel has instituted a price increase on several of their products.

Originally the release date for the collection was around Feb 21, in Japan and then mid-March for the US release. However many of the items are already available on the Nordstrom website.
