SEPHORA HAUL / SHOP SPREE: Lorac Golden Girl

I actually got the Lorac Golden Girl collection for Christmas but I forgot to post a pic. Anyway I found an old pic of the collection and I wanted to share it with you all. I am really loving this gift. The Lorac Golden Girl collection is a makeup bag of goodies that is the perfect set of cosmetics to keep at work for touch-ups throughout the work day or the perfect grab and go makeup bag for a night out on the town. The kit itself is small enough that it will not take up much room and it includes all the necessary products to help keep a busy gal or guy glam-ed all day ♥
I'll try and update the post with swatches of the products later in the week if I have time. But for now read below all the information that was listed on the Sephora website about this collection. Unfortunately I don't think it is available anymore which stinks.

Lorac Golden Girl Collection ($112 Value)

What it is:
An exclusive collection for eyes and lips

What it does:
Create globe trotting Golden Girl looks with LORAC's exclusive collection for eyes and lips! Natural smoky brown hues for eyes and nude, glossy lips make for this season's dynamic duo beauty trend.

This collection contains everything you need to shine in the spotlight: 2 Baked Matte Satin Eye Shadows in Posh and Social, Visual Effects Mascara in Jet Black, #18 Nude Lip Pencil and Couture Shine Liquid Lipstick in Vintage, all neatly packed in a gold metallic bag.

This set contains:

- 2 x 0.08 oz Baked Matte Satin Eye Shadow in Posh (matte ivory) and Social (matte chocolate brown)
- 0.17 oz Couture Shine Liquid Lipstick in Vintage (light neutral beige)
- 0.33 oz Visual Effects Mascara in Jet Black
- 0.04 oz Lip Pencil in 18 (light rosy nude)
- Metallic Gold Zip Bag

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Synthetic Dyes
- Phthalates
- GMOs
- Triclosan

This set, when it was available at Sephora, retailed for $36

Final Thoughts:
Everything was perfect with this collection with the exception of the lipliner and the mascara. The lipliner was not as smooth to apply as I would have liked it to be and the mascara was really only good for touch-ups as the size of the brush and the amount of product that was available were geared more for reapplication only. .
